If you're still a skeptic of our web bot project, here's the verbatim from our July 2, 2003 "Urgent Web Bot Update" which has been posted since then at http://www.urbansurvival.com/newbots.htm: I have filled in comments in blue relative to the blackout in the Northeast to show you the closeness of fit:

The [Wahabi] entity is seen as preparing an attack on a site with aspects of (South) [Niagara power flows where?] with specific references to a place where the (wood) in the (earth) {grows} {upward [perfect fit with the Falls] }. Near by will be an (energy) {plant} [bingo!] filled with {tremendous} (effort/work) [Yup!]. The target chosen for the entity has associations with a (vertical wall/ascent) [more Falls refs] near which is a (low land) or (low lying area) [ the water flows this way] from which there rises (power) [no doubt about it] and (influence/confluence) [like the confluence of the disparate pieces of the river at the Falls?] . This latter may suggest a site where a power plant sits at the base of a cliff or naturally occurring wall [ You're kidding, can we be any more precise than this?} that has the power lines rising to it. Further, there is a form of a (departure) {to the south} close by which suggests some form of transportation hub [the river was a transportation artery historically] with a main focus to the south which lies close to the chosen target [which we assume to be NYC] . Other details suggest that near to the chosen target, is a place where (heaps) of {small things} (rise upward) to some height. The number of both aspects and attributes which related to wood, and woods, and copse, suggest that there is some form of natural woodland setting near to the target. [Yes, it's a generally woody area!] This woodland is near an area where (rivers) {congregate}[Direct hit!] and the (earth) {waters} (flow together) which suggests an estuarine environment [Clear enough?]. There are also references indicating a (waste) {flow} or disposal is nearby [Turbine waste gates?] . This (waste) aspect has the attributes of {dismal} and {abysmal} as well as attributes indicating a {great} (stink/smell) [At about 10PM EDT CBC News reported cities were dumping untreated sewage into rivers in the affected area due to the power outage!].

Why did we think it was Wahabi, if the bots are so good? Well, I spoke to the think tank tonight (last night) and they brought up the issue of a "future echo". If you noticed in the news coverage last night, there was so much talk about terrorism - there's a coloring of the perception of the future in time reversed fourth ordered studies. That "terrorism not involved relief" was enough to color the output.   If you want, go look up Dr. Dean Radin's paper at www.boundaryinstitute.org and specifically the paper dealing with time reversed perceptions of people in laboratory conditions. That's a hint at what we're doing on a huge scale looking for subtle changes in the meaning of words on the web as a means to predict the future. I could go on about third order thinking versus fourth, but you'd be bored quickly. Tell me any other site that said anything as specific as our web bot prediction of "This latter may suggest a site where a power plant sits at the base of a cliff or naturally occurring wall" 45 days in advance of the event and I'll shut up!

The only issue with the web bots is working on the time domain. We accurately forecast a major "tipping point" event with a locus of Las Vegas, about 65 days before 9/11. When the perps were in Las Vegas!!   We got "attack on Commemorative event" prior to the American Airlines crash in on Veteran's Day last year. We called an "Attack on house or assembly" prior to the anthrax attack, and we even got the military background of the D.C. Sniper Case right. And I needn't remind you of our "great maritime disaster" which turned out to be the space ship Columbia (gem of the Ocean) disaster forecast by the bots.    You know what is really amazing to us?   I mean other than having this ultra high tech but fuzzy crystal bal technology? No one in government wants to fund the serious development of this project! Yet we spend how many zillions on counting speckled ants? Go figure! So for now it remains a totally private effort.

As for the Web Bot's forecasts about GSE corruption coming out in July, we note that not only did the Chairman of Sallie Mae commit "suicide" in Texas, but now there are lots of issues about Fannie Mae surfacing revealing juicy July details.    Our bot inputs finding snips like this:

monthly summary of its risk measures (i.e., its duration
gap). When we download this report and open it, the first
thing we look for is the number of pages. Whenever it has
three pages, we known the report has bad news. The third
page is Fannie's spin on why the bad news is not really bad
news."
"This month's third page was Fannie's spin about why
their +6 month duration gap was a sign of how good they
were as disciplined risk managers&Mac186;."
"This report is not good news and the bond market knows
it, which is why this report is correctly being cited as a
contributor to yesterday's collapse in bond prices&Mac186;."

Move over, Poindexter. We got the lock on the crystal ball business. A little fuzzy on timing (+/- 45 days or so in the runs so far) but dead-to-nuts accuracy.

We are also getting enough data points that we might be able to infer some rules of how reality operates, at least as it applies to human preconsciousness and subtle language shifts as captured from the Internet. It seems that smaller impact events are picked up closer in. American 587, for example was about 14 days in advance of the event, while 9/11 was (how long wave July 5 to 9/11?). And this latest was about 45 days - smaller than 9/11, but must bigger than anthrax (10-days or so early) and bigger than the DC Sniper outputs thus longer lead time.

Is this a weird science, or what?

The Cause?

Although it could be days before we find out what the actual cause is, there is an interesting debate about whether it had anything to do with lightning. What makes lightning so interesting are two things: One is that by scientist James McCanney's work, as Mars gets closer, the chances of interplanetary electrical phenomena increase - based on his work that shows the Universe is more a charged electrical system that "dead" Newtonian physics. The second thing that's interesting relates to "clear air lightning. You may remember a picture in a San Antonio, Texas paper a while back that showed a distinctive black ring and few clouds around a supposed "clear air" lightning strike. Here is the BIG question at our house: On 27 August, when Mars
is the closest it has been to Earth in 60,002 years, will something
BIG happen that the news will cover for hours at a time with no
commercial breaks?

New subject: I would like to see you maintain a list of the top five,
top seven, or top ten things you expect to happen IAW web bots.

Right now I couldn't tell anyone what the next "big thing" should be.

Answer: Neither could we. We don't presently have the resources to run the bots. It's a private effort and the costs run about $10-$15k for the time/bandwidth etc to do the runs. The run that picked out this event was a self populating entity model with about 70-million data sets of 2048 bytes each. The Wahabi focus came from a "tested entity fit" secondary run using the same underlying data, but plugging terrorism terms in as initial set points, so we know that there are ways to take a single large data set and use several entity population methods to then "focus" the output. I think the nearness of this forecast verges on astounding.

As to the specifics of Mar's close approach, I continue to recommend Jim McCanney's work http://www.jmccanneyscience.com/sun-earth-weather/Sun-Earth-Weather1.HTM because his Plasma Discharge Comet Model and explanations of weather via a Sun-Earth electrical connection seems to make intuitive sense. That's why Mars' approach will be so interesting - be on the lookout for odd electrical effects.

I must say I do think you are right on in seeing a time lag from the peak in output before an event in the "webasphere" (lol- I claim this word as mine) and the amplitude of the event.. If we look at the nature of "physical" reality as simply a manifestation of mass consciousness thought forms coming down out of the astral plane "ethers" into the "real" world ... the bigger the beast is .. the further away you will sense his presence and see his shadow.

Forgetaboutit as far as getting the gubment to be interested in the webbots. You and ***** are delving into the actual secrets of life on this plane. Many sheeple will become glazed over at even the first thought they don't have a clue about reality and how events come to pass. They wont go there because it runs counter to everything they believe.. The only ones who will accept are those who have some kind of "occult" background already. We already know and USE the "thoughts are things" concept on a daily basis. I propose if you really want this thing funded it has to come from someone who understands this and that is not very many. If you want me to work on the funding part I can attempt to do so through my monthly subscribers because so many of my subs know more along these lines than 99.9% of the public. Some very heavy hedge fund hitters read my stuff.

If I had to hire a group to refine the tech you have it would have to include a world class astrologer and a psychic. Don't forget the webbot concept is in reality a "thought form detector"

PS ... I wonder if in the case of the blackout in the USA it was the same "low tech" method used on Serbia and Iraq to knock out their power grids. I believe this was carbon fibers released from the air over power grids. LOLOL the gubment will NEVER admit we are THAT vulnerable. If this was terror it will be repeated as a demo of their power over the USA. If indeed this was not terror it is alternately a dramatic real world lesson in KARMA at work if nothing else. I think most of Iraq is still without power.
