Blackout 2003: Next Target Poland (?)
Was it stolen for parts or to make a flying bomb?
September 29, 2003
Information Analysts from the Northeast Intelligence Network have found a direct relationship between the blackouts taking place in various countries throughout the world with the number of troops committed to Iraq "by country." Claims of responsibility have been found by al Qaeda operatives and supporters who state they have found and are exploiting weaknesses within the computer networks governing power grids of the various countries involved in Iraq. As the United States leads the coalition forces in the number of troops in Iraq, we were the "first" country to be "compromised" in a continuing flow of probing computer events and intrusions dedicated to interfere with our infrastructure.
Based on this pattern and the claims of responsibility found on various Islamic Jihad forums, Poland would appear to be the next probable target unless measures are taken to close the vulnerabilities. Graphic and full story here: http://www.hagmannpi.com/Blackouts 2003.htm.
