While KTVU Television Station out of San Francisco is reporting that officials have obtained specific human intelligence from a "single source in Europe" of a specific threat to oil refineries in the San Francisco Bay area, the Northeast Intelligence Network submits that the threat is more widespread and extends beyond the west coast refineries. Information found on radical Islamic jihad forums posted over the last few months suggests that ALL coastal facilities are considered as targets, including and ESPECIALLY those along the Gulf Coast of the US. Steve Quayle was the first to report the threat to oil refineries and coastal areas as targets on his website and in multiple interviews months earlier.
