Morning Power Failure in Arcade

Arcade, NY - Sometime during the night, the lights went out for thousands of Niagara Mohawk customers in the Arcade area, along the Erie-Wyoming counties border.

It is not clear what caused the power failure, but it was restored to all 12,000 customers in Arcade, Yorkshire and Freedom before 7 a.m.
