Nukes, Nukes, Who's Got the Nukes?

In the early 90's we had a pretty good handle on how many weapons were possessed by our enemies and where they were located. We literally have a priority list that associates our inventory with targets in their inventory. No so anymore. God only knows how many new nuclear weapons have been produced by Pakistan, India, China and Iran. Not to mention the Russian inventory sold to the highest bidders as their military and scientists went unpaid. We are in deep sh**. Clinton gutted our CIA and NSA budgets. Much of our human intelligence was exposed by internal enemies. That takes time to recover. We probably won't get it back in time to avert a nuke attack on U.S. soil.
