Dear Steve,
I wanted to pass on a piece of data to you.
Local news is reporting that the Memphis Airport is explaining the spike in delays over the last several days as due to many of their pilots calling in sick in that time. I don't know if this has any significance, but I had a gut reaction when I heard the news piece on the radio. The tone and structure of the story, the way it was worded, it just rubbed me the wrong way. My Bravo-Sierra Detector went off, if you will. I thought that I should pass this on to you for your consideration, to set among all the other odd puzzle pieces you might be pondering. Maybe it's nothing.
