This dream that I am going to share with you came to me many years ago and like all the dreams the Lord has given through the years-- this particular one stands out in my mind even today just as it did the night the Lord gave it to me..
I was fairly young in the Lord when I received this dream, but it was from the day that I came to the Lord, he has drawn me deeper into the prophetic realms and it was not by my choice, but as he saw fit for me. The night I had this dream, it was like a motion picture going through my mind and I saw the sand under my feet and the money, the green bills the corners of them half way covered by the sand. It was just the tips of the bills that were sticking out of the sand that I saw as I walked over them. It as I watched the dream unfold all of this was in color...Now for the telling of the dream...
I was in this dream and I remember walking about something like 20 feet from a figure of a woman lying on what looked like a slab like when someone was dead and the woman the figure laying there with her hands folded over her chest. As I walked toward the woman, I was totally immersed under water and surrounded in a very bright light and I was completely under the water, but I was breathing. What I remember when I was walking toward the woman was as, I began to look down at my feet and there were ripples in the sand like when water washes over the sand in a deep river that is crystal clear. I remembered how it used to be when I was a teenager swimming in Lake Michigan at the sand dunes near where I lived growing up in Chicago. The waters were so clear in those days before the pollution of the lakes we have now......It was when the water was up to your chest and you could see your feet as you looked into the water in those days. It reminded me of the dream that I was seeing as it was the same sensation of walking and looked down and seeing the sand between your toes as you walked.....
I am making this plain to you in detail, so you can visualize what I was seeing as I was totally immersed under water and seeing this woman in front of me on that slab like someone that was dead and lifeless. As I began to walk nearer to this woman as I was looking down at my feet and I saw green bills sticking out of the sand, only the corners of the green bills as some of the bills were almost covered by the sand as I walked. I was keeping my eye on the woman, but at the same time, I was reaching down and picking the bills out of the sand and putting them in my pockets...As I watched the woman, believe me she was really kind of dead looking if you have ever have seen a dead person, which seemed eerie to me then as she looked dead, but with one eye opened, she watched me and went right back to sleep. That was the end of the dream.
At first as I pondered the dream and was wondering what it all meant? At the time I was working a job and on my lunch hour would sit in the back seat of the car and read the Bible...At this time, I was reading about Joseph and the seven years of plenty and the seven years of famine and the scriptures where the money failed in Egypt and Joseph had the grain to feed his brothers...Genesis chapter 47 in the Amplified Version of the scriptures and does read in verses 15 and 16..
Vs 15 “And when the money was exhausted in the land of Egypt (adding here that the Lord showed me that Egypt was a type of this end time world system) and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came to Joseph, and said, Give us food! Why should we die before your very eyes? For we have no money left.”
Vs 16 “Joseph said, Give your livestock, and I will give you food in exchange for them) if your money is gone.”
Now this gets more interesting, because we know as we are familiar with the story of Joseph for, he is a type of Christ, but is also a type of the Sons of God that like Joseph-- and was treated badly by his brothers and that they meant evil to Joseph, but God meant what happened to him for good and elevated Joseph in his appointed time from his prison house right at an that prophetic appointed time an season when the famine was severe in the land.....Joseph was the favored son of his father, and he was raised up out of his prison to a place of great authority when there was a famine in the land of Egypt and the money was exhausted.
Now it was some years later, that I held this dream in my heart and still pondered its full meaning? Little by little the Lord kept adding to the dream and its fuller interpretation. The next thing, he showed me was the scripture in Proverbs 13:22.
“A good man leaves an inheritance (of moral stability and goodness)
to his children‚s children, and the wealth of the (wicked KJV) the sinners finds its way eventually into the hands of the righteous, for whom it was laid up for.”
The Lord showed me then that we won‚t need money in the kingdom age, but we will need it when the money is exhausted and fails in Egypt the world system...
I am not sure what this woman who was like she was dead with the one eye watching me, but fell back to sleep, it seemed she was dead as she saw me picking up the green bills and putting them in my pockets...? What do you see in the one eye? It was the right eye. What comes to me as I write this is in Zechariah 11 verse 17. The woman that is not the true church of Christ, but a whorish “woman” in the word is the false church isn‚t it?
Vs 17 “Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock. The sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.”
I am not sure who the woman is? Can you see maybe what she represents here? I am open for suggestions...or does anyone see this?
Then some years after that as I have an Old King James Bible, which is a treasure and out of print now...I was coming home from a ministry trip in Hawaii and I was sitting by the window in the aircraft and the sun was shining in on a page in my Bible where I was reading...This is where I was reading in Isaiah 61:1-5 and verse 11. They read as follows---
“Arise shine, for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.”
Vs 2 “For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people; but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.”
Vs 3 “And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.”
Vs 4 “Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together. They come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.”
Vs 5 “Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged: because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee. The forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.”
It says the same thing in ways in verse 11 of the same chapter Isaiah 61. See it there as a duel witness...
I looked up the word “forces” in my Strongs Concordance as in my old KJV in the column of the scriptures there it uses the word wealth twice in verse 5 and 11.
This is what the Strongs Concordance of all Bible words reads...Forces #2342 a force, whether of men, means or other resources...There is more but the RSV reads “... the “wealth” of the nations shall come to you...”
The New Oxford Annotated Bible reads˜the “wealth” instead of forces...as well along with several other translations, I have looked these verses up in from Isaiah 60:5 and verse 11 and they all use the word wealth.
(The sea in Bible symbols and “many waters” speak of people, so it is at that time the abundance of the people shall be converted unto thee. Not us but to the Lord Jesus.)
The Lord also showed me that sand in the Bible represents no foundation as it reads in Matthew 7 about the man who built his house upon the sand... and not on the rock, which is Jesus Christ. The Only Rock of our Salvation... Amen
Those scriptures in Matthew 7 have a lot to say if we have the spiritual understanding to see them clearly?
After all this, I did understand why the bills were buried you might say and partly seen in the sand and we can see by the scriptures the sand has no foundation. And the wealth is laid up for the righteous...as it reads in Proverbs 13:22...There are more scriptures to go along with this and some are in Ezekiel 47:4 and verse 5. Seen as the waters that were over my head to swim as it was in my dream.
I believe the Lord is allowing some to channels to be blessed in Him to gather wealth to feed in times of famine like Joseph. These are those who have his heart to share the wealth God gives with the needs of others as led by the Lord in the days that are ahead of us...
I hope some of you can understand these things and to be encouraged in all this...
