So, Here We Are

So, here we are one year after Obama was anointed Marxist dictator of the former Republic called the United States of America. We are 1.4 Trillion fiat federal reserve notes further in debt. We are further involved in Afghanistan, the quagmire of empires going back to Alexander the Great. We are in political, economic and military chaos deepening on a daily basis. We are despised and laughed at overseas, rapidly installing a Marxist dictatorship at home; in general, in much worse shape than we were one year ago. Having voted out the American Republic with the bailout bills in the fall of 2008, we have proceeded at breakneck speed to replace it with that strange combination of business and government we used to call fascism. We have layered that fascism with a veneer of Marxist language, politically correct verbiage designed to appease the "land of the free and the home of the brave." All in all, remarkably near where I said we would be in several of my essays last fall. Reread "Welcome to Ubangaastan" if you think my analysis is off.

By the way, I now call our Marxist dictator for life Obama due to the hysteria against the previous title. Not that the liberal crowd cares as America is gutted and stripped to the bare bone by Obama's venal and openly corrupt administration. No that doesn't bother them at all. Nor are they bothered as our "change you can believe in" Obama lavishes Trillions of taxpayer dollars bailing out his buddies on Wall Street. No, none of that bothers them in the least. The fact Obama has filled his administration with Clinton era cronies, crooks, thugs and sleazebags doesn't faze them in the least. The open racism and bigotry of Eric Holder, or Michelle Obama towards white people doesn't register on their radar either. The PC crowd supporting Obama and his crooks will support Obama right until he takes America down into the pit.

As our economy collapses, unemployment surges, the dollar fades and our social order implodes, the United States engages in the kind of feckless apathy only seen in people who are dying. However, that all changed on November 5th. It is kind of hard to ignore an Islamic terrorist shooting a dozen people at Fort Hood. Not that the powers that be, their media shills and the whole PC establishment didn't try. Having watched the mainstream news that evening, for the first time this year, it struck me how tortured and twisted the PC crowd was. Nobody, not ABC, NBC, or CBS mentioned that Mr. Hasan was a Muslim. Katie Couric, the radical leftist anchor of the complete bull #$%% channel laid the entire shooting spree to "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder." How a Muslim major in the US Army, who had never been in combat, or Iraq, or Afghanistan, gets PTSD was left unanswered. Why Major Hasan gave away his personal belongings the morning of the shooting, including his Koran, was simply ignored. The PC crowd, forever making excuses for militant Islam, forever condemning America and forever wagging their bloated tongues about "profiling" and "religious tolerance" couldn't be bothered with the facts. In my book, if a Muslim Army Major yells "God is Great", as reported by several witness, and then opens fire at American soldiers, that is an Islamic terror attack. If, as reported, Major Hasan had made several Internet posts on the glory of suicide bombings, or the "oppression" of Muslims and the like, I see a lone wolf terror attack. The PC crowd sees a "victim." The victim not being the murdered soldiers, shot down like dogs as they waited in line at the processing center. No, the PC crowd wants to blame the attack, as usual, on the USA. Traitors and cowards the lot of them.

Except this time I don't think it will work; I say that for several reasons. The first being that propaganda, which is what the PC crowd uses in its endless attacks on the culture of America, must be invisible to be effective. Watching the corporate media news, it was clear to me the propaganda was seen by all. Not that many people watch the mainstream news anymore, but those who did saw the lies clearly. Second, the Internet was on top of the story and showed clearly the Islamic terror aspects of the attack, despite what the PC crowd said. It is not easy to explain away a soldier named Hasan shooting at other US soldiers as being anything other than what it was: an Islamic terror attack. Third, our esteemed Marxist dictator for life Obama outdid himself in the open contempt, disrespect and general stupidity of his response. After having watched Obama for one year, I realize he is a puppet and fool; however, I was still amazed at just how big a fool he truly is. Stupid is, as stupid does says Forrest Gump.

Exactly why Obama and his crack team of handlers prepped the country for a news conference about the Fort Hood shooting, and then spent several minutes in shallow banter, a "shout out" for some medal winner and some very PC garbage about "Native Americans" is beyond me. Incompetence? Stupidity? Arrogance? Take your pick. Insensitive is the word the whore media is saying describes Obama's actions. No, Obama is not insensitive: he is callous, contemptuous and truly despises both America and the military. Of that I am absolutely sure, even before his clown act at the press conference. During the first Clinton reign of terror we had Somalia, the shot down helicopters, the bodies being dragged through the streets by jeering mobs, the PC foolishness that led to the mission, its poor execution and tragic ending. Now we have in Afghanistan soldiers dying since Obama decided that air strikes were not locally authorized, but would have to be cleared higher up the food chain. The result of that was US soldiers died at firebases without close air support. What we have in the Obama administration is the same lack of comprehension towards military matters that we had in both Clinton one and two. What we have here is the same contempt towards military culture, the same arrogance of the elite, who never served in the military, despise the military, its values, code of honor; in general, think members of the military are subhuman savages fit only to be fed into the New World Order wood chopper. Same as Clinton did during his two terms. Been there; done that.

The difference being now, as one Confederate soldier told his Yankee captor when asked why he fought, "Cuz you are down here." Well, Iraq, where chaos is a daily happening now that we have won, is over there. And Afghanistan, where we have already been defeated, but won't admit it, is over there. Pakistan, where the nukes are loose, is over there. Israel is over there, although we act like it is our 51st state. FORT HOOD IS OVER HERE. The fact Fort Hood is over here didn't seem to penetrate the political correct mythology in the slightest. The fact a Muslim soldier gunned down his comrades in cold blood, inside a US military base, in CONUS, didn't seem to dent their PC armor. Oh, but it will.

I personally believe there are tipping points in a society. They can be military, like Pearl Harbor or the sinking of the Maine in Cuba. Or they can be political, like the election of FDR and Obama. They can be economic, like the Stock Market crash of 1929 and 1987. They can also be cultural, in the attitudes, judgments and opinions of the populace, like 9-11-2001, or the TET offensive in January 1968. We just had one on November 5th, 2009. Whatever the PC crowd says, or thinks, or spews, things are different now. The relationship between Muslims and non Muslims in both the military and general populace can never be the same. Never the same, despite what the PC crowd will say, or do.

I think this for two reasons. The first being this attack was a direct attack on what I call squad cohesion. What a military really is is simple. It is a small unit of people, a squad, or a plane crew, or a section of a ship, working together in difficult situations. Or, as I once told one of my Sergeants, doing things I don't want to, in places I don't want to do them and with people I don't want to do them with. You do them anyway. That is why it is called the Army. The only part of the US Army that is voluntary is the initial oath; after that, it is not voluntary. Trust me on that. There is no such thing as an individual in the US Army. People who think they can join the military and not be a part of the group during duty hours don't last long. Off duty you have some leeway in non combat zones. Whatever the PC crowd, people who have never been in the military and have no comprehension of what the military does, think, no non Muslim soldier will look the same way at his Muslim comrade. Period. This will degrade the competence of the Army. It will affect morale.

The second reason relates to the way our Commander in Chief handled, or mishandled, the Fort Hood situation. To put it bluntly, Obama showed a callous disregard for the protocol of grief the military uses to handle military deaths. And he will pay for it. The military will now despise, distrust and disregard Obama and his administration. This could play out one of two ways: either a military coup de tat, or a relentless campaign to get Obama to do everything the military wants, or else. In Afghanistan for instance, the military may very well be able to use Fort Hood to get all the troops they want. We shall see. One thing is for sure, Obama is damaged goods as Commander in Chief. It seems to me, Janet, Janet, the toad over at Fatherland Security, should be even more nervous about the military joining "right wing" types. Obama gets soldiers killed with stupid orders in Afghanistan. He gets them killed at Fort Hood through his PC mania. Yes, the US military is in play now. I blame Obama for that. Maybe that is why the globalist elite put him in as President, to set us up for the final disaster. Obama is sure acting the part.
