Pepperoni and Sausage TVP Pizza

1/2 cup sausage TVP
1/2 cup pepperoni TVP
1 cup water
1/2 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
1 Tbsp. dried mixed peppers
1/2 cup dried sliced mushrooms
2/3 cup boiling water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/3 cups Italian tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. fennel seeds, if you desire
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 cup soy cheese or cheddar cheese made from powdered milk (if desired)

Press the pizza dough into pan. In a medium bowl, add both TVP's and pour over the 1 cup water. Stir and let stand 15 minutes. In a small bowl, add the onion, mixed peppers, mushrooms and boiling water. Stir and let stand until vegetables are soft. In a skillet, add the olive oil and both TVP's. Stir and add the tomato sauce. Stir well and spread onto the raw pizza crust. Drain the vegetables and sprinkle on top of the sauce evenly. Mix the dried herbs and sprinkle on top of vegetables. If desired, top with shredded soy cheese or cheddar cheese made from powdered milk. Bake in a preheated 375o oven for 15-20 minutes. One pizza
