A WAKE-UP CALL: Is there anyone who is oblivious and still not aware of the reality and ever-increasing risk to their credit and bank cards?

A WAKE-UP CALL:
Is there anyone who is oblivious and still not aware of the reality and
ever-increasing risk to their credit and bank cards? If so, I can only
conclude they’re stupid, not paying attention, or they’ve already
abandoned their critical thinking. Alas, I fear too many have already
succumbed and are the zombies we joke about. Sorry to sound harsh,
but for those who are already way behind the curve, if you still needed
any evidence here are three items in the news this week.
In the UK Daily Mail can be found this article about the ease with which
thieves can access your personal bank details as people aimlessly move
about. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2948212/Willvictim-

air-SECONDS.html

Then, there is this in the U.S. media, Chicago to be specific, where they
likewise demonstrate the ease of getting what you have. I recognize
there are still some foolish people, who, on one hand claim they don’t
trust the banks or the bankers and, yet, when the banks suggest there’s
no problem and your cards are protected, some are reflexively nodding
their heads in childlike compliance. See for yourself what is happening
increasingly often. http://abc7chicago.com/technology/secretlyswiped-

And if you didn’t catch it in the video link above, here is information
about an announcement by Chase Bank announcing it is phasing out
contactless (NFC) equipped credit and debit cards. Never mind that they
use other excuses, they know what I know, these cards are too easily
hacked, even if they claim their protections are sufficient or use the
excuse of the 3-digit number on the back. These are minor obstacles for
clever criminals. But don’t believe me, read for yourself.

So, is there any further proof needed to recognize you should be
carrying a shielded wallet? Although, no matter how obvious a threat
is, some still won’t believe a problem exists until they are touched by it
themselves and later whine, “How could this happen to me!” To which I
reply, “You been knowin’, and you deserve no sympathy.” How much do
you value your hard-earned money? If you don’t have a SilentPocket®
