During his interview with the FBI, the Secret Service agent also related that he was contacted by Justin Cooper, a long-time senior advisor of Bill Clinton who helped set up the server at the Clintons' home in Chappaqua, to assist with email security.

Hi Steve,

The Weekly Standard noted that a "Justin Cooper" set up the server at the Clinton's. While reading Wikileaks I came across an email that noted that "Justin" put spyware on Hillary's staff's phones. If you click on the link to the Wikileak email you'll see that there is a complaint noting that Ilya saw Justin putting spyware on someone's phone, and that "Oscar" told Bill Clinton that he knows Justin is reading his emails. I wonder if Justin is the leaker? He obviously was spying on the Clintons, their foundation employees, etc.
