Well meaning but mis-informed woman Mis- quoted me on NPR on how many Russian Troops are in Country.I stated that there are approximately 400,000 Foreign Troops NOT RUSSIANS ALONE-pre-positioned in the U.S.,for the United Nations ordered Dis-Armament of American Citizens.
