LICENSE PLATE SCANNING BY 'INTERNATIONAL PROTECTIVE SERVICES" IN GROCERY STORE PARKING LOT

Steve,

I stopped by Smith's grocery store this evening and was surely shocked at this new development. No more white regular security patrol car patrolling the parking lot. Instead there was one huge, extra long black van with the words "International Protective Services" written on the side. No mention of "police" or "security" anywhere on the van. The van was ominous looking: as mentioned, extra-long, huge size; all windows were pitch black so that you could not see inside, except driver and passenger side which were a bit lighter. The driver of the van drove up and down the aisles with a "flashlight" examining everyone's license plate, then would park by the main entrance to the store. He was either looking for expired plates, or this was more than a flashlight and he was scanning plates with some device.

I immediately thought of the United Nations' forces taking over the country. It certainly has begun!
