My daughter was warning her co-workers yesterday about Panama's banking system going down and how it may happen here. One of the girls in her office text her this morning that her credit union is closed until September 30, for upgrades. I went online and verified this. MCT credit union in Orange, TX is closed including online banking. They were not given notice.
