Russian Conversation Overheard-'No, you may only touch things now with your eyes. Soon we will own all that we see with our hands

Dear Steve,

I was not sure that I believed that there are Russian soldiers in Gatlinburg, but now I am wondering if it could be true after an encounter today in Fredericksburg, VA. I observed three incredibly tough looking men in and antique store here. One of the men said to the others, in perfect English, " I would like to purchase some of these things now." The lightly older one of the three told him, "No, you may only touch things now with your eyes. Soon we will own all that we see with our hands." They did not know that I was watching or had overheard. When they did notice me they spoke to each other only in Russian.

After a few minutes I asked them if they were from Russia. They gave me a total stone face response. Kind of annoyed, I asked if they were soldiers and if they were staying at Quantico, Fort A.P. Hill, or Dahlgren (all are military posts near here). They simply looked right through me again. More annoyed, I asked them if they were here as part of the gun confiscation plan I had heard of. That at least got a response. The two younger men flinched slightly and looked to the older man who still had no expression but turned to leave. The two other two men left with him. They went to the parking lot, got into a white car with US military license plates, and left.

Sorry to take up your time with a written letter, but I do not currently have access to the internet.
Your friend, in Jesus,
Glenn
