Water Update:

Steve: We just received news of Declared Emergency for Toledo area and
Southeastern Michigan. Gov Kasich declared a State of Emergency and is
sending Guard and Water as far away as Akron. We heard stories of
traveling 1-2 hours into Michigan to find water as the panic continues.
Toledo Mayor Collins said it could be 10-12 hours or longer until they have
"some water" to major areas. WTOL TV just caught someone in a parking lot
selling a case of water for $20 so gouging has started already and the
stores are now empty of water as people are grabbing all liquids.
