ATTENTION ALL VETS-DO NOT ANSWER DEPRESSION OR MEDICAL QUESTIONING OVER PHONE AT ALL-READ THIS ALERT

Steve I received a phone call yesterday from a man pretending to be a
pharmacutical rep for knock off meds. I am a vet and a gun owner and have
been on a certain anti-depressant used for other reasons and not
depression. I am used to getting phone calls to refill that prescription,
actually no prescription needed when ordering them online. I mistakenly
told him info about my med type and dosage after he asked me about my
"depression" which I told him I dont have.

The reason I know this is a fraud call is that he mentioned what he thought
I was still taking when I 1st entered the service many years ago. He wanted
to make sure that I had a prescription and that is was an antidepressant. I
asked about price of and he stuttered and lost his confidence abit. I know
in my bones this was a bogus call probably from the VA looking to put vets
that are "mentally disabled" and label them for no knock gun raids. I am
sick to my stomach about this. Please inform others of this scam they are
perpetrating among vets on anti-depressants.
