As for my local large chain grocery stores Ive noticed the longer the foods shelve life is the less they stock

Hi Steve, A year ago I took some of your advice to heart that I heard you
mention in a Hagmann interview. You said, if you have limited funds the
best thing to invest in is extra food. Ive been trying to take advantage of
sales and coupons as much as I can which brings me into the stores more
than normal. Three weeks ago I cleared the shelves of two of my local Aldi
stores of small cans of potatoes (about 48 cans) Last week I went into one
of the stores and was surprised to see they still hadnt restocked. Also,
noticed very few cans of carrots.
As for my local large chain grocery stores Ive noticed the longer the foods
shelve life is the less they stock. This may be because I really only buy
canned tuna, sardines, etc when they are on sale. Whatever, the reason a
number of times Ive cleared the item out with just purchasing five or six
cans.
