I just read the link you had posted a day or so ago from The Common Sense Show regarding deep state planning terror attacks. Perhaps the guy's disappearance has something to do with that. It definitely concerns public health.

Expected/known coming terror attacks would also explain the push the feds are making for the sharing of health information. After multiple years of the Meaningful Use program (getting all hospitals/clinics/providers up on electronic medical record systems, and making requirements on data sharing) under the ACA law, the feds have come back and said healthcare providers and health information exchanges are not sharing data quickly enough. They've created yet another program based on a radically accelerated timeline to implement a new national health information sharing architecture. They want the legal agreements between all states, state health information exchanges and the feds put together by the end of this year. Considering all the differences between the laws of the states and territories, and limits imposed by federal law, it will be a herculean effort to get it done. Even their comment period for these regulatory changes was radically shortened to only 45 days. So far, they haven't introduced any penalties for not achieving it, like they did with Meaningful Use, but I expect the penalties to come and to be more harsh than they were under Meaningful Use considering they want this done "NOW". And here's the kicker: Organizations will not be allowed to "block" data from being shared as they do now for legal reasons. Of course, the financial penalties for being declared a data blocker have also yet to be announced.
