This is the central Oregon radio station recently referenced in an email to D Hodges. I’ve been listening to it off and on all day...there is a Chinese woman (I think) also announcing numbers. I have no idea what these numbers mean but it has been all day long. ALL DAY. A couple odd foreign songs thrown in as well.
I sent Dave Hodges a couple other clips but the static is bad.
