Hi Steve,
I have a friend at church who works for the dept of homeland security. She
just told me that their badges have been reissued, and that they contain
biometric data, an rfid chip, and at the top say "FEMA". She said they
have never even implied that DHS is under FEMA, until now. Proof positive.
