Despite most reports saying that the quake was just off Greenville Ca. it really was centered in Canyon Dam at the south end of Lake Almanor Ca.

I live @ Lake Almanor and can tell you that the rocking was Huge -even life threatening at the time, having been through many earthquakes including the Loma Prieta quake in 1989 from San Jose Ca, it felt much the same in intensity but not as long. So intense because it all was so shallow, no way to even grab the elusive door knob to get out. See map link below for clear details.

More disturbing is the 40 jolting aftershocks in 10 hours, 1 every 15 to 20 minutes or so, 67 aftershocks in 20 hours and still going hoping they're not foreshocks. I hear a grumble and then another one hits. It feels like the overwhelming fear and constant panic that that may be coming to a world near you soon? We all look like zombies up here with little sleep from the fear that's comming upon us. Slowly getting back to normal though.
