Steve,

It was heavy on my heart this morning to respond to the attorney from
Galveston who posted the concern about American patriots going to D.C. on
May 16th: It is difficult for any man to leave his family and the safety of
home and stand up for the cause of freedom. However, if the generation that
founded our great country had done this, there would be no America. If we
don't rise up, we will become known as the generation who lost the precious
gift of freedom and plunged the world into darkness. Preserving America is
the great calling of our time to which we must pledge our lives, our
liberty, and our sacred honor. Last night I told my wife that I will be in
D.C. on May 16th and stand shoulder to shoulder with my fellow patriots
against tyranny. Its not the easy thing or the safe thing, but it is the
right thing to do.
