Wanted to warn your readers about something I'm experiencing. I own a
small business that is weather related. I bank with Wells Fargo. Over the
past several weeks the bank has confiscated my $5-$7,000.00 deposited
checks for various reasons. For example: not able to read my business
name on the check (even though I can clearly read it and I take copies of
each check I deposit) One check did not have the "day" inserted. Another,
was a cashiers check from a Indian reservation which they said they had to
verify. Today one of my trucking companies charged my CC 3 times for one
shipment even though they said they only did it one time, but it
automatically pinged 3 times? In all cases my money will is being held for
up to 10 days. One check I've waited 3 weeks! I've never had this happen
before and maybe this is normal bank policy, but my spirit tells me
something is not right. I have switched to a smaller local bank and will
not use WF again. Thanks for all you do. You, Doug, Rick and the rest of
our watchmen are truly appreciated. You are all in my prayers. M
