INTRODUCTION

Satan's cloven hooves click-clacked across the glassy gold floor that reflected the aching brilliance streaming from the throne of God. Though the devil normally disguised himself, today he knew better; he continued toward the creatures blocking his way and then paused, a scowl crossing his dark, rage-filled countenance which was nearly hidden under the hood that concealed his other three faces. He glared at the angels that obstructed his path.

"Let him enter," a voice like thunder ordered.

The archangel in front of him stepped aside and the angels behind the powerful creature parted, permitting the devil to continue his approach toward the Most Holy's throne.

He stopped as close as he dared go toward- the blinding light, averting his eyes from the power beyond. Though it galled him to do so, Satan bowed to the Holy One and waited until he was addressed.

The thunderous voice finally broke the silence once more. "Why are you here among the Sons of God?"

"I come from going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. I have -.

The Lord interrupted, "Have you considered my people?"

Satan suppressed a sneer. Of course, he had. But he dared not say anything to raise the wrath of the Lord. He remembered his brothers chained in eternal darkness and shuddered.

"Well? the voice demanded, echoing through the immense chamber.

Quickly regaining his composure, Satan launched into his carefully crafted reply, "Do the redeemed fear God for nought? You have blocked my efforts with them. You have hedged them in, protecting them from my demons. But if you lift your protection, they will leave their faith.

There was silence in the hall. Not even the normally present faint hum of Seraphim wings could be heard.

Finally the Lord spoke, All that they have is in your power for a time; only upon their souls you shall not put forth your hand.

The devil bowed, suppressing the smile that nearly spread across his lined face. It was even better than he had dared to hope for. Soon he would launch his next attempt to corrupt more of humanity. And even though he knew he was doomed to punishment, he would have the satisfaction of dragging as many souls as he could to destruction with him. He might not rule over God as he had once tried to do. But he would have the satisfaction of destroying as much of creation as he could.

Once he had almost succeeded.

Perhaps this time he would.

He turned and left the brilliant presence of the Lord. He threw back the hood over his head, exposing his faces so he once again could see in all directions as he strode pass the staring faces that averted their gazes as he passed.

Soon he had reached the outskirts of heaven and once again could fly. Lifting himself on his four leathery wings, he dropped toward Earth, his dark shadow vanishing into the night below as he transformed his appearance from the scarred being he was into a beautiful angel of light.

The scene above is fictional. But we know that something very similar to that scene will soon occur--or perhaps already has taken place. Furthermore, it is possible to prove that Satan has already launched major assaults on mankind. One of these nearly successful assaults almost corrupted the Earth with the half-breed spawn of fallen angels and mankind, with only one family surviving to repopulate the Earth after God wiped out these monsters.

Much of the information about these battles to rule or destroy the universe are outlined in the Bible. As we'll see, these can be carefully pieced together to gain basic truths and then expanded through careful and thoughtful use of other historic documents and beliefs that can be tied directly into these biblical accounts to reveal facts that have until now remained hidden (i.e., the origin of cosmic warfare, the creation of man, the failure of man and the supernatural, planned genetic destruction of the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve).

The origin of good and evil and its all-penetrating presence in the history of the world is both detailed and explained in a magnificently sequenced, historic and biblical perspective. It's one thing to taste of the fruits of Good and Evil and another to understand the roots. All myths and religious beliefs in the world deal with the Sons of God (angels) leaving their heavenly habitation and coming to Earth to become sexually involved with the Daughters of Men.

Out of this other-worldly union arise the heroes and the great myths, stories and traditions of the ancients. Only the Bible tells the true origin and the exact basis of the conflict between the supernatural beings and the Daughters of Eden. Even the ancient historians have written at length about the "gods" coming to Earth to consort with the beautiful Daughters of men.

As one surveys the history of the world's major religions and the belief system of the major world empires from the Babylonians to the Persians, Greeks, Romans, Hindus, Buddhists, Chinese, etc., it becomes apparent that running through all is this dark thread of perversion. From the Pantheon of Greek gods to the Roman beliefs the theme is repeated: All great heroes are the product of the sexual union of the gods with earthly women.

Only the Bible details in beautiful truth the real nature of this spiritual conflict. The God of Heaven versus the archangel Satan. As the Author and Finisher of life, only the Living God can declare the end from the beginning. The conflict, the players and the outcome are beautifully choreographed with great detail in Aliens and Fallen Angels.

It is into this area of time and pre-time that you, the reader, are now thrust.

Chapter I: The Sexual Assault

Satan smirked, displaying the jagged teeth in his human face; his animal faces remained emotionless, simply watching the fallen angels gathered around him. "I have a plan that gives us a good chance of changing the outcome of history," he told them in an icy voice.

A bat-like demon ventured to speak. "But hasn't God ordained that in the end he will be -- "

"Nothing is preordained, n Satan hissed. "Surely you don't believe that God is really all-knowing. That is just another of his lies. My new plan will change the course of history, deceiving even the elect as it unfolds. We'll collect the human souls and then throw the Father and the Lamb off their thrones once and for all..

Satan paused, his eyes gleaming in the dim light as those around him waited. Then he continued. "My plan is simple. It consists of the same mode of attack we used before the flood."

"The daughters of men?" an angel with red eyes asked.

"Correct," Satan replied.

A murmur of approval greeted his ears. When the whispering and chuckles had ceased, he continued. "The future is ours. The groundwork was laid in Eden and field tested before the Great Flood. Now my scheme is already operational in several areas of the world; those who have been helping me are enjoying the first fruits of our deception. Our people are already taking part with channeling and acting as spirit guides. Soon we will be telling of the need for alien help and then..."

The demons and fallen angels around him squirmed nervously as Satan sat silent, a far-away look on his face. He blinked twice and then continued. "Soon we shall reap a harvest even greater than the one before Noah." He paused again, leaning forward to whisper, just loudly enough for those around him to hear. "And then the Earth and its women will be ours."

Satan fell from grace. Like a lover scorned, his adoration for the Creator turned to intense jealousy and hate. But it was impossible to attack God directly; doing so would be futile. Satan hatched another scheme. He would direct his hate toward the being that had been created in the image of God: mankind. Just as a scorned lover might smash and destroy a portrait of a former lover, Satan became intent on destroying the being created in God's image.

Satan brought the initial downfall of mankind in the Garden of Eden (we'll look at this in more detail later in this book because careful study of the original Hebrew text reveals some stunning revelations). What most people don't realize is that in his attack against Adam and Eve in the garden, the Devil also laid the groundwork for two major assaults, as well as a number of skirmishes, against mankind.

The Devil lost the initial battle in the Garden of Eden; but like a skilled general who sacrifices a battle in an effort to win the war, he positioned his troops for another massive and deceptive assault on the human race. This worldwide trickery threatens to drag much of humanity to destruction through its diabolical craftiness.

The Bible gives key bits of information about Satan's attacks (both past and approaching) against all of mankind. However, this collection of divinely inspired books which we know as the Bible centers on mankind's salvation through God's grace. As such, the books that comprise the Bible offer only a hint about the creation of the angels, the nature of spiritual beings, or even the exact nature of the forces of evil.

Even so, much can still be deduced from the little that is in the Bible. Using this as a foundational starting point, it's possible to build upon other ancient writings as well as current events to get to the terrible truth. In doing so, we'll see what the Devil has attempted to do to pollute the human race beyond redemption as well as what he is planning to do in the very near future to achieve his diabolical ends. As we'll see later in this book, it is possible to project how he will mount his final assault on mankind, attempting to destroy Christianity on Earth to gain control of it as well as mount a vain attempt to prevent Christ Jesus from returning to rule the Earth.

The Sons of God

Following the expulsion of mankind from the Garden of Eden, there was a population explosion that lead to a wide range of discoveries and settlement of large areas of land. When mankind was in its Golden Age, Satan chose to mount an attack that very nearly destroyed the human race, corrupting it so that any chance of salvation from the coming Messiah would be lost.

Oddly, the Bible itself only devotes a few lines of text to this assault, perhaps indicating how, despite its massiveness, it was viewed as a minor confrontation in the eyes of God. Nevertheless, from a human standpoint, the battle can only be viewed as the proverbial "close call." All but one family was lost when God sent the Great Flood to wipe the Earth clean of the half-breed offspring Satan had created.

The biblical account simply says:

And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.1

Some of the "characters" in this short passage describing Satan's frontal attack on humanity are easily recognized. Obviously, the "daughters of men" were simply human women. But who were the "sons of God"? And who--or what--were the giants and "mighty men" who were the offspring of the sons of God and daughters of men?

Understanding exactly what this passage is talking about is key to learning the truth about Satan's methods of attacking human beings. Therefore, a careful inspection of this passage is key to understanding and preparing for the coming assault.

Some have suggested that the sons of God are simply nobles or others of high human status. But to most scholars of the Bible, this isn't generally accepted as being valid. The Bible doesn't refer to such officials as such, elsewhere.

Another theory is that the sons of God are the male descendants of Seth while the daughters of men are the female descendants of Cain. This theory claims that the problem between the two groups was that one was practicing worship of the Creator while the others were unbelievers. The good sons of God (offspring of Seth) married evil wives (the offspring of Cain).

Yet if both groups were simply human beings with different religious beliefs, how would this cause a mongrel offspring of giants to develop? This would seem to be a genetic impossibility--not to mention counter to the Genesis teaching that each creature was to multiply by its "own kind", i.e., that each type of animal or plant would produce the same type of offspring. That mankind would suddenly produce giant offspring is outside both the scientific as well as the biblical view of how life reproduces itself.

Furthermore, the idea that giants are produced when godly men marry sinful women is doubtful as well. And why would there be no cases of godly women marrying sinful husbands? A little careful reasoning tells us that these aren't simply godly men marrying agnostic women or some such thing. As theologian I. D. E. Thomas has pointed out, if Moses had aimed to indicate these were the sons of Seth, it would have made a lot more sense for him to have simply written "sons of Seth" instead of "sons of God."2

The rage expressed by God also would be excessive if the sins being committed were anything other than extraordinary. Remember, this passage "sets up" the events that lead to the destruction of nearly all the human race by the Great Flood. Marriages between godly men and sinful women are hardly exceptional. The whole Bible as well as modern life is full of examples of such pairings. Yet God doesn't threaten to destroy the world because of this. The extreme punishment, as well as the odd offspring of these matings, indicates something very different must have been going on.
